做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
