做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
