做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
