做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
