做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
