做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
