做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
