做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
