做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
