做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
