做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
