做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
