做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
