做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。
