做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
