做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
