做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
