做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
