做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
