做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
