做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
