做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
