做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
