做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
