做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
