做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
