做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
