做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
