做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
