做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。
