做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
