做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
