做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
