做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
