做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
