做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
