做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
