做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
