做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
