做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
