做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
