做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
