做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
