做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
