做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
