做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
