做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。
