做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
