做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
