做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
